Hello,
I am in need of some help. I have a user with a laptop running Windows
XP Home in a peer-to-peer environment. He has a "server" (basically
where he keeps all his essential data) running Windows 2000 Pro. User
name and password matches on both machines. If I create a shared folder
on the server and give "Everyone" access to it, he can access the
folder. However, if I create a shared folder and restrict access to him
only, he cannot gain access to it. Both machines are up-to-date with
patches and Service Packs. Any and all help is appreciated!
Thanks,
Ryan
