Now that I've had a chance to look a little deeper into this I
don't think that my earlier suggestion is going to work.
Instead, you might want to try this:
Set up Content Advisor on the first machine with a password.
Go to Start -> Run. In the Open box type regedit.
Navigate to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\Ratings
Right click on the ratings key in the left hand pane and select
export.
Save the file as ratings.reg to a handy location such as your
desktop.
Note:Before quitting the Registry Editor, select Favorites from
the toolbar.
Click on Add to Favorites and OK out of the Registry Editor.
Now copy the registry file you created to the other machine.
On the second PC, right click the ratings.reg file and select
merge.
Answer Yes when asked if you're sure you want to do this.
Click OK on the next box that pops up.
Now go to Start -> Control Panel -> Internet Options.
CLick on the Content page.
Click OK on the error warning.
On the Content Page select Settings.
Enter your Password.
Click OK on the Content Advisor error warning.
Select the General Page and select Ratings System.
You should see an entry with an * at the end. Select Remove.
Now select Add. You should see a box pop up opened to the
System32 folder.
Select the rsaci.rat file and hit Open.
Click OK in the Ratings System box.
Click OK twice and you should be all set.
You can now reset or disable the password on both machines. If
you ever lose or forget the password run regedit and navigate to
the ratings key. Look for an entry in the left pane named Key.
Right click on it and select delete. You can now run Content
Advisor and reset or disable passwords.
