Dear Nepatsfan,

I'd like to thankyou for yopur help. The information you provided me with
did not work BUT, it did start me thinking. I was able to solve the problem
by creating the ratings file on one computer and password protecting it.

Than I went into the registry of that computer, exported the
HYKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE|SOFTWARE|Microsoft\windows
CurrentVersion\Policies\rating folder to a floppy disk and named it.

I than took the floppy to the target computer, clicked on the created file
and installed it into the registry.

Amazing it worked.
