Map Network Drive "Browse" button not available

Using Windows XP 5.1.26000
>From Windows Explorer ( the file manager) I go to Tools, Map Network
Drive, and I have "Drive" and "Folder" but no "BROWSE" button.
Does any one know how I can get it back...
