Password Protected Folder

I am trying to backup a crashed hard drive. I have it as a slave in my
machine and I can see it just fine. I am running XP Pro. The crashed hard
drive is XP Home. One folder is password protected. I am trying to go though
properties and change the securtiy info but it does not show up in order to
change. I have admin priveleges on my account. Any advice? Thanks
