Admin.log in.

 there are two users on this pc, win xp both have admin access. But I need to
dl a security patch, but it wont let me unless I am admin. I can only sign
into admin, acct by rebooting,pressing F8 & going to safe mode, but then I
cant go online to dl the patch? HELP PLEASE? thanks
