Hi Lori:

We have tried McAfee's Command Line Scanner which found some malware but not what CA
indicated. We ran TrendMicro Sysclean with nothing found.

Please try several, if not all, of the below online scanners. If the below does not find
anything there is the possibility this is a False Positive declaration made by Computer
Associates. Otherwise would have to contact Computer Associates to and ask them why the
their software is indicating an infection.

The only information at CAI is on..
Ulysses -- http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/pest/pest.aspx?id=453076570
However that is two years old and TrendMicro and McAfee should have found it (albeit defined
by another name)

| I have been working with someone to try to eliminate a popup virus warning

| Win32 UlyssesZ viruses. We have done everything including multiple system
| cleaning programs, running them in safe and normal modes, and running our
| anti-virus software in safe mode. Still no luck. Does anyone have any
| suggestions on how to rid the computer of this pesky virus? There isn't even
| any info on Computer Assoc.'s web site, even though that's who makes our

| Thanks.
