User is not receiving notification to change password

Hi,

I have a single forrest w2k domain running w2k clients and a few win
xp clients. I have a user who's laptop was upgraded from a w2k laptop
to a win xp laptop. The user complains now she no longer receives the
password expiration notification (she's turns off her laptop everyday,
therefore is logging on daily). However when she logs onto a w2k
machine in the coference room, she gets the password expiration
notification.

Other users who were upgraded from w2k laptop to a winxp laptop, do
not get that problem.
