Scroll down the page for the download.

What does "tried everything" mean? What have you actually done? Have you
scanned with Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D? Have you done all scans in Safe
Mode? If not, run those programs in Safe Mode.

If you need more help, post back with details of your troubleshooting
steps and the results.
