Security Center Error Message

(Please direct me to the correct forum if this one is incorrect.)

I am getting a recurring error recorded in Event Viewer/Application with
each boot sequence.

Source: Security Center
Event ID: 1802
Error Text: The Windows Security Center was unable to establish event
queries
with the WMI to monitor 3rd party antivirus and firewall programs.

This is immediately followed by Event ID: 1800 "Security Center has
started."

So it seems to me that Windows is trying to query WMI before Security Center
has actually started.
I suspect this is why Windows Security Center will no longer monitor my
antivirus
status. (all program updates are current.) Security Center monitored
antivirus status just fine until last week, and unsure as to why it no
longer does. Any suggestions as to how to re-establish communication
between these two services?
