Hi
I am using Windows XP home edition.
I have created 4 HD drives. I want the access rights is such a way that when
I log in as administrator I should get access to all the drives, and when I
log in as any other user I should get access to C: only.

Is it possible in Windows XP home ? If yes how to do it
