Are these computers part of a Domain and if so, are you using group
policies? I do this in my domain by having a group policy perform a Basic -
Redirect (in the Folder Redirection section) which points to a location on a
server. This location has the desktop icons I want them to have. You will
also need to enable the "Don't save settings on exit" policy in User
Configuration - Administrative Templates - Desktop.
