Windows XP Pro.
When trying to login an account, after entering the password, I
got an error message saying something like "The system's security
record is full. Only administrator can fix the problem."
(translated. message originally in a language other than English.)
If I login as administrator and change the account into
administrator account, I can then login without problems. However,
if I change it back to a regular user account, I'll get that error
message again.
Not sure how this happened. The last thing I remember was I gave
the account the "power user" priviledge.
Any idea how to fix the problem?
