Intelligent Explorer

Just a few minutes ago a very annoying pop-up (manifesting itself as a
little puppy, CashBack) made its appearance on my machine. It brought with
it something called Intelligent Explorer. I have all the pop-ups blocked via
IE under SP2 but this thing made it through. Now, everytime I go to a
different page, I get several ads popping up and the little dog shows up
again even though I had just turned it off. Anyone know anyway for getting
rid of this annoyance? Thanks!
