Inactivity Password Screen

When I do not use my computer for about 15 minutes, a password screen pops
up. I am then not able to get back into my computer with entering a
password. Is there a way to disable this feature? I have gone to Control
Panel, Display, but I do not have a screen saver tab (which people keep
telling me to go to). How do I add a screen saver tab onto my system?
