Re: Windows Firewall Blocks my ability to connect to an FTP site

Any idea how you got it to ask you whether you wanted to block parts of IE or
not? I'm sick of reading the same response over and over again which still
doesn't fix the problem. I've excepted port 21 and turned off passive-mode,
it doesn't fix the problem.
