Error 0x80248011 help!

In attempting to update to SP2 I received this error. When I did a search on
the error number on the microsoft site the only thing it told me to do was
clear the cache. I did that and I am still getting the error. I just read a
section from someone here that said it could also be in the "data store".
What is that and how do I deal with it? Does anyone have any suggestions as
to how I can deal with this error code other than what I have already done?
