Open User Accounts and click the name of the Account you want to delete. Then click
Delete The Account.
You will be given the following choices:-
. Keep Files - Windows copies certain parts of the user's profile, specifically
files and folders stored on the desktop and in the My Documents folder to a folder on
your desktop where they become part of your profile and remain under your control.
All the rest will be deleted such as e-mail messages and other data stored in the
Application Data folder, Internet favourites and settings stored in the registry.
. Delete Files - Deletes the whole User Account including files in My Documents
folder etc.
If you have deleted an Account other than through User Accounts, then to rectify this
situation:-
. Rick-click My Computer and choose Properties.
. Click the Advanced tab and then click Settings under User Profiles.
. Select the account named Account unknown (the deleted Account) and click Delete.
