Disabling Windows Firewall Warning

Checking the box labeled "I have a firewall solution that I'll monitor
myself" does nothing. Next re-boot, Windows has forgotten this setting. Is
there a registry key I can change? I've got a hardware firewall (built into
my LinkSys router) and am running ZoneAlarmPro 5.1.033.000 with its firewall
enabled. Is there any way to Permanently disable the warning message?
