MAPI = Messaging Application Programming Interface
mapi32.dll = Extended MAPI 1.0 for Windows NT
msfs32.dll = MAPI 1.0 Service Providers for Microsoft Mail

Mail Recipient Command on Send To Menu =
Mail Recipient.MAPIMail
