I have the same problem. I am not a member of a domain, I use XP Pro.
However, I have access (userid and password) to a folder on an NT server.
Nevertheless, I want to share folders on one XP Pro box directly with another
XP pro box using a userid and password.
[we work in an office complex with a communal server and internet
connection. However, we only have a few gigs of space on the server and need
to back up about 15 gigs on one of our pcs. This data needs to be protected
access by other users on the network.]
