Wanted to log in as a local (built-in) Administrator in WinXP Home
Edition,
but cannot do it. The system returns "Log in impossible because of account
restrictions". It is strange but fact that I can log in as local admin in
safe mode,
but I don't need safe mode. I need normal mode with local admin rights.
  Any suggestions?
