1)Someone haven't previously done some "hacks" to remove Netmeeting on this
computer?

Anything is possible... Net Meeting is not loaded on any of these computers.
 I don't know if that was removed or if it was never loaded.

2) Does the C:\program files\netmeeting\nmcom.dll file exist at all?

Yes, the file exists on all of the computers.

3)If the file exists, run the following command in a command prompt(run e.g.
cmd.exe from Start/Run to open one):

   cacls.exe "%ProgramFiles%\NetMeeting\nmcom.dll"

What is the exact output from it (you can copy paste text from a command
prompt window)?
