I had to do a complete re-install of Windows XP on a machine that got messed
up. The install forced me to change the name of the computer from MF_AT_HOME
to MF-AT-HOME (it wouldn't let me keep the underscores due to what it said
where DNS issues). After the re-install completed, I can't get access to the
user accounts that were on the machine. I had an account before called
MFBedford. When I create one now with that name, it calls the account
MFBedford.MF-AT-HOME. I assume that this is due to the change of the name of
the computer. How can I get access to the old MFBedford account (with all of
its installed applications, data files, etc.)? I know that it is all there
as I can see it on the disk in the old MFBedford directory.
