cool search overide

Anybody have a problem with www.coolsearch.com installing
itself on your computer as a home page and overiding any
ability to access a microsoft update page?? I have run
spybot and several other programs to no avail. The dso
exploit and registry change are identified and supposedly
fixed, but it just reappears when trying to access yahoo
mail or windows update. Any suggestions???
