DSO Exploit

When I run spybot the program finds 5 examples and tells
me to fix the problem which I do. If i run the program
again it tells me it has found 4 examples but never
deletes them no matter how many times I re-run Spybot. I
have read there is a problem with spybot but I am not
sure how to know whether this a program bug in spybot or
whether I have DSO exploit. Help !
