I am running Windows XP Professional and Microsoft Office Professional 2003
on a Dell 8300. My problem is that both my wife and I have administrator
rights, but when I go to Tools -> Internet Optons in the IE browser I get a
restriction warning saying I have to contact the administrator. My wife does
not.

I contacted Dell and they said I could create a new user account but I may
not be able to copy my favorites list over to the new user account.

They also said the reason might be a corrupted file! I would rather not
create a new user -- What can I do? Is there a utility to fix corrupted
files?

Thanks for the help!
