Jerry,
This file is not a valid Windows File, my instinct is to
say it's maybe SpyWare, a Tojan or a Virus, do a search
for the file, where is it located? Do you have Anti-
Virus installed on your PC and when was the last time you
ran a SpyWare removal program???
