Japanese Version patches

I am in Boston Mass and I have a student with the Japanese version of
windows. I need to find the equivent version of patch KB824146 for her
laptop. It has the Japanese version of Windows XP. In the long term I need
to find a way to keep her up to date. Any ideas?
