Unable to delete files after SP 2.

I get the following error message:

"Cannot delete filename: It is being used by another
program. Close any programs that might be using the file
and try again."

No one is using the files. Users were able to delete from
it before the installation of SP2. Machines which do not
have SP2 are able to delete from the folder. The files
are on a folder on the IBM AS/400.
