Hi
I have a Laptop running XP Pro which I use for work but I
have been using on my Home Network. Unfortunately I
buggered my local policy trying to make it update from
microsoft rather than my companies WUS server. Bit
embarrissed to let them know at work and also I might get
in trouble. Ive read several articles on how to use
ntrights and have tried to use the ntrights -m
\\YourServer -u <group or user> +r SeInteractiveLogonRight
and ntrights -m \\YourServer -u <group or user> -r
SeDenyInteractiveLogonRight commands but all I get is
****error**** openpolicy -1073741790 !!!!! I've tried this
from another machine on my home networt running XP PRO.
I'm not to bad at this network stuff, a simplest
explaination would be nice. The laptop has no cdrom or
floppy drive. I've tried booting of a rescue disk using a
usb cd-rom but it wont.

Thanx in advance
