Network printers not available after installation of SP2

After I installed SP2, my network printers are no longer
available with the firewall on. Do I have to keep the
firewall off to use the network printers, or can I
configure XP to allow access to the printers. The
printers are shared from a Windows 2000 computer, and I
can otherwise access that computer through XP.
