This PC has two users each with their own password to
access windows and their programs
My wife (bless her) can't remember how she entered her
password and we have not been able to get into her "my
documents" for almost a month.
We desparately need a way to either by-pass the password
page or to find a way the PC can tell us how it was
written. I can still log-on under my password and can
access the "my documents" by opening the hard drive...but
we still can't open my wife's "my documents" without her
password. Any suggestions would be gratefully received as
she needs some very important files at present locked
within her set-up
