What is this ab6 folder?

I have a folder which is in my partioned drive called ab6 which i have access
denied to. I got around it going into safe mode admin and looking inside -
its apparently made by microsoft - i have no idea what it is - it seemed to
show up one day (im running XP home)
inside ab6 their are 4 folders: ic, downloads, lang and new - the downloads
folder has the other 3 folders in it also - they all have a bunch of really
weird stuff and i dont know what it is, i opened some up and their either
notes with all gibberish and there is a little window which opens up with
some buttons and screens but all the 'writing' is just vertical lines? help
