blaster worm

I believe I have the blaster worm on my pc. I'm presently
running Windows XP. My error message states that my PC is
shutting down and then mentions something about Windows
NT Authority/system. I downloaded a blaster worm fix
through microsoft (Blaster Worm Removal Tool for Windows
XP and Windows 2000 (KB833330) but I still get the error
message.

My new ad-aware se picked up on this but now I don't know
what to do. Please help!
