Problem with Product Activation

Im having a problem after clicking on my user account,
when im trying to access windows. Once I click on my user
name, a lil box appears entitled "Windows Product
Activation" and it gives a message ... the message
reads : "A problem is preventing windows for accuratly
checking the license for this computer" Can anybody tell
me the steps of getting my windows activated? I need dire
help fast! thanks! Jonas
