There is a built-in Administrator account that is created when you install
Windows, but by default it won't appear on the normal logon screen unless it
is the only Computer Administrator account on the computer. It sounds as
though the problem is that this Adobe program assumes that the user who
installs the program will be the user who will use the program. If your
"main" account is a computer administrator account, log on to that account
and reinstall the Adobe program from there.
