You allready have iexplorer.exe it's the Internet Explorer
program you use to surf the web.. the pop-up is probably
a hijacker attempting to infect your computer. Your finger
over the touchpad, is probably just a coincidence.

If your spyware programs (all) are up to date you should
not be concerned but to be absolutely safe and posibly
have Spybot stop the pop-up configure it this way.
Click on Immunize\check on "Enable permament blockage
of malicious addresses in Internet Explorer".
next convert to Advanced Mode in Mode menu, go to
Tools\Resident\and check on Resident S&D Helper and
Resident TeaTimer, to block malicious downloads and
protect your system configuration...
