No firewall and no antivirus...and you are "trying to use updates" to get
rid of Blaster...get a clue. The updates will not get rid of Blaster once
you have it.
You need a firewall. You need to install a reputable antivirus programs and
KEEP IT UPDATED. Your computer is certainly infected with much more than
just the BLASTER worm. Until you begin to take basic security precautions,
you are a threat to everyone else on the internet. Every time you turn you
computer on and connect to the internet, your computer is seeking out and
infecting other computers.

I would suggest you turn off your computer and not turn it on again until
you acquire a basic understanding of computer security an your individual
responsibility to take the necessary precautions to protect yourself and to
become a responsible netizen.
