hbinst.exe adware that can`t seem to delete

Hi,
A few days ago, during a daily virus check, came up with 2
instances of hbinst.exe and since then detects it each
day. Nortons AV can`t delete it, Spybot, PestPatrol,
Spyguard, and Spyblaster don`t see it. I`ve searched
through the system and can`t find any hint of it. Do you
think its a bug in the AV? I have XP SP1 on this system.
All AV and Spyware programs are up to date. I haven`t
checked the results of the online AV scans yet, so don`t
know if they detected it yet. Also, I have done a google
search for it and tried the different solutions that were
offered, but still no success. Thanks.
