First things first, if you are in a company of any size make sure you have HR
approval. Second is that you are most likely going to need a solution such
as WebSense or SurfControl to monitor and help you generate reports of this
type. If you want to further control who can get out and where I personally
like using ISA Server with a third party plug in like WebSense, especially if
you have Active Directory. You can use AD groups to determine who is allowed
to have Internet access down to the protocol level.
