The phrase "1-2 CPUs" refers to one (1) computer that has
one (1) or two (2) processors (CPUs) installed. It does not mean
your may install the same license (Product Key) on two (2)
different computers.
Since you installed and activated Windows XP on one computer
already, you cannot use the same license on a second computer
since it is a violation of the EULA and product activation will
fail. You'll need to go out and purchase a new copy of Windows
XP for installation on your other computer.
Please take a moment to read the EULA.
Go to Start > Run and type: WINVER , and hit enter.
Click on "End-User License Agreement".
