My parents (pensioners!) had several viruses and infected
files. With the help of Technical Support I've cleaned up
their PC and installed AVG anti virus. However, they're
still getting an error message:

RUNDLL
Error loading
C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files\Bridge.dll

Previously it then read (Access Denied) but now it's
reading (Specified Mode cannot be found).

Can I talk them through a 'quick fix' or should they
contact Technical Support? (They are both technophobes!)

Please, someone help me!
