Hijacked Home Page

I have installed Norton Internet Security 2004 and Ad-aware from Lavasoft on
my computer, but I continue to have my home page hijacked to the following
site:
mk:@MSITStore:C:\spe\start.chm::/start.html#
 
In addition, it will not allow me to change my home page using the internet
options settings. Please let me know what I can do. Thank you.
