SP2 - JScript Console - Outlook/IE Fails

Just loaded SP2 - as soon as it rebooted msoobe.exe
failed - could not run the setup screens that first
appear.

Able to login to account ok but IE does not work with
JConsole?? extension enabled. If I disable them then IE
works fine but Outlook no longer loads - goes to safe
mode. Help files seem to fall over as well.

Have unloaded SP2 - used restore point.

Any ideas
