Ann,
The backup folder for the hotfix is hidden, so you may need to adjust your Folder Options to enable hidden files and folders to be seen in Explorer and others. If you have the particular hotfix installed, then you should have the
C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB828741$\spuninst
folder, and its contents as well.
