To protect you computer, take the following preventive measures:

1) Enable the Internet Connection Firewall or install a third
party firewall like Zone Alarm or Sygate Personal Firewall..
third party firewalls register successfull or blocked intrussions.

2) Install spyware removers.. Ad-aware6 and Spybot Search &
Destroy are the most recommended.

3) Update your computer with the Critical Security Updates
and Service Packs..
