If you go to the properties of the My Computer icon and click the Automatic
Updates tab, there should be a declined updates button that you can click to
allow the update to come through. Here is a link to show you a screenshot:

If this does not help, then you can always download the full installation.
This is a large download, so I'd try the the automatic updates thing first.

Click on "Download and Deploy Service Pack to Multiple Computers".
