Re: unable to delete another administrative account

If it is built-in account, you cannot delete it but you can disable it.
Log in as a user with local admin privileges.
Open Computer Management console.
Navigate to Local Users and Groups / Users.
Right click user account and select properties.
Make sure that "Account is Disabled" check box is checked.
