It's normal... When you're on a domain, the computer create an account called
Yourname.Domain and when you're at home, it create Yourname.

I don't know if there is a trick to put them together or to share an outlook
account but I'm sure someone here will answer you!

p.s: Have you tried to log on with your Yourname.Domain account at home? It
will say that you don't have link to network but I'm almost sure that it work
(XP keep memerie of the password I think so it don't have to connect to the
domain... But I'm not 100% sure! Try it :)
